Florida Department of Health – Collier MAPP Assessment and the Age-Friendly Collier Action Plan
Department of Health-Collier uses a community-driven strategic planning process for improving community health. It’s called Mobilizing for Action through Planning and Partnerships (MAPP). Facilitated by public health leaders, this framework helps Collier County collect and analyze data from local partners and community members. The goal is to apply strategic thinking to prioritize public health issues and identify resources to address them.
